Open Source On The Air - Live From The linux.conf.au Open Day

This is the first half of our two hour live broadcast from the linux.conf.au 2007 Open Day event.

The event was a first in linux.conf.au history and as such we thought we should be there, so I contacted Mr Audio - Luke Yelavich, and organised a table. We probably had the most unsexy table there however we had a hell of a lot of fun putting it all together.

We had interviews with people from across the world as we grabbed whoever happened to be walking past. The music you hear is all courtesy of the podsafeaudio.com website. Podsafeaudio hosts Creative Commons music as well as allowing you to purchase CD's from the artists and support them in what they do.

We had so much fun we are looking at how we can do it again. We'll be doing it again from linux.conf.au 2008, to be held in Melbourne, and if we can swing it, we'll be popping up at a conference near you.
